The varsity boys volleyball team remained undefeated in GCC play with a sweep of Shaker Heights on Thursday evening. The Battling Bees won 25-14, 25-17, 25-11.

Trent Balicki finished with 21 assists, while Oliver Singer had 16 kills and 5 digs. Oliver Niehaus added 13 digs. Noah Prifti had 6 digs and 4 kills.

Medina improves to 13-4 overall and 7-0 in the GCC. The Bees will be back in action next week when they welcome the Brunswick Blue Devils into The Hive for a key league and county rivalry matchup.
