The girls flag football team wrapped up its first season with a competitive 27-20 loss to Sandusky at Ely Stadium on Friday night. Gabi Lavolpa scored on a long run in the 1st half to keep the Bees close at halftime. In the 2nd half, Sophia Lavolpa connected with Haylie Perdue twice for touchdowns and a 2-point conversion. However, Medina ran out of time and could not catch the Blue Streaks.

Medina finishes the season with a 3-7 record.
