The varsity boys soccer team defeated Wadsworth 2-0 on Tuesday night at Art Wright Stadium. Jack Piatak and Charlie Getz scored goals for the Bees, while Xavier Abernathy chipped in with an assist. Zach Coersmeyer finished with 4 saves in goal that included a save on a penalty kick.

Medina improves to 5-2 overall and 3-0 in the Suburban League National Conference. The boys will be back in action on Sunday evening when they get a unique opportunity to play at the home of the Columbus Crew. The Battling Bees will take on the Olentangy Braves at ScottsMiracle-Gro Field at 6:30pm.
