Medina (1-0, 1-0) opened the 2025-26 season on the road vs Lorain (0-2, 0-1) and came away with a 49-34 victory. After a slow start, the Bees built a double-digit lead that held over the final 3 quarters.

Senior Abby Dress led the way with 17 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists & 1 steal. Juniors Gillian Kurka (10 points) and Molly Gilbert (10 points, 6 assists) also performed well along with Viv Kelps (5 points, 4 steals). Congrats to Addy Shook on scoring her 500th career point and to Kinley Miller for scoring her first career point!

Medina JV-A also won big behind the play of Cam Brown, Olivia Miller & Abby Novak.

The Bees will face Magnificat on Sunday, November 30 at the Cleveland Basketball Classic. Tip off is at 5pm at Baldwin Wallace.
