The varsity boys basketball team dominated the Strongsville Mustangs on Friday night with a 55-31 victory. Ryan Harubin scored a career-high 16 points and Bishop Burch added some amazing defense to help fuel a 14-minute shutout streak. Medina started the 28-0 run midway through the 2nd quarter and pitched a shutout in the 3rd quarter. Burch finished with 5 steals and 4 assists. Garrett Myers had 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists. Becket Miller added 11 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists, while Korde Carey chipped in with 6 points off the bench.

Medina improves to 2-1 overall and 2-0 in the GCC.
