Medina earned a decisive victory on Saturday over Cleveland Heights, winning 72 -47 behind a career-high from Abby Dress. Dress finished with 27 points, including 5 three-pointers and a perfect 8-8 from the charity stripe. She also posted 5 rebounds, 3 steals, 2 assists. Gillian Kurka tied her career-high with 10 points, and Kinley Miller scored 5 of her 7 points to open the game. Addy Shook tallied 7 points, 10 rebounds and Molly Gilbert added 6 points, 5 assists. The Bees are now 3-3 overall, 3-2 GCC.
It also marked the 200th win for Head Coach Karen Kase.
JV-A upped their record to 6-0 and were led by Haylie Perdue, Cam Brown, Abby Novak and Emma Koehler.
Medina will host Highland on December 22.
