Medina defeated Brunswick on Friday night, 59-36, in the final GCC contest for the Bees. Medina is now 12-9 overall and 9-5 in the conference.

Medina held a 10-point lead at halftime, which quickly grew to a 51-25 advantage in the 3rd quarter thanks to a tough defensive stand and a 16-0 run. The team caused 23 Blue Devil turnovers for the game.

Abby Dress led the way with 18 points, 6 rebounds & 4 assists while Addy Shook had 13 points, 8 rebounds & 4 assists. Molly Gilbert added 12 points, Viv Kelps 8, Emily Fischer 4. Aly Gacek 2 and Kinley Miller contributed 2 points & 6 rebounds.

The Bees will host Stow in the regular season finale on Wednesday.
