The varsity boys basketball team defeated Woodridge 70-48 on Tuesday night. The Battling Bees trailed early but a few motivational timeouts helped to spark the team the rest of the way. Garrett Myers led the Bees with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. Brody Kopkas hit four 3-pointers on his way to 18 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. Ryan Harubin added 13 points and 4 rebounds, while Beckett Miller had 7 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists. Bishop Burch stuffed the stat sheet with 3 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Medina improves to 11-7 overall on the season. They will host GCC foe Lorain on Friday night for Senior Night.
