The varsity boys basketball team went on the road and defeated Mentor 68-63 on Friday night. Beckett Miller had a game-high 22 points (that included six 3-pointers) and added team-highs with 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Brody Kopkas finished with 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Bishop Burch and Luke Webb each scored 7 points while all 8 players that got on the floor scored for the Bees.

Medina improves to 14-7 overall and 8-6 in the GCC. The Battling Bees will finish in a 3rd place tie with the Cardinals in their final season in the GCC.
