The varsity girls lacrosse team fell to Western Reserve Academy 20-11 on Tuesday night. The Bees trailed just 8-6 going into halftime, but they allowed 7 goals over 7 minutes which led to a 15-6 deficit that they could not recover from. Campbell Burns was a bright spot for Medina scoring 7 of the team's 11 goals. She finished 6-for-6 on free shots. Audrey Thompson, Paige Armstrong, Cora Claypool, and Maddie Dawson also scored for the Bees.

Medina is now 1-4 overall on the season. The girls will be back in action on Thursday night when they welcome the Hudson Explorers to Ken Dukes Stadium.
