The varsity boys volleyball team took another step toward the Greater Cleveland Conference championship with an impressive sweep over Brunswick on Tuesday evening. Trent Balicki finished with 22 assists, 12 digs, and 9 aces. Oliver Singer added 14 kills and 2 aces, while Ashton Knowles had 6 kills and Oliver Niehaus finished with 13 digs. Trevor Rohde, Aiden Gontarz, and Izayah Crawford also provided solid efforts for the Bees.

Medina improves to 14-4 overall and 8-0 in the GCC. The Battling Bees will travel to Euclid on Thursday to take on the Panthers in a key league matchup.
