The varsity cross country teams traveled to Louisville, Kentucky over the weekend to compete in the Trinity Valkyrie Invitational at Tom Sawyer State Park on Saturday morning.

The boys team finished in 12th place out of 33 teams behind Zach Sohar (54th place), Logan Butsko (94th), Jackson Warfe (97th), and Noah Palombo (98th).

The girls team finished in 18th place out of 22 teams as Alanya Yanmaz (62nd), Leah Bugner (65th), and Addison Joffre (97th) all placed in the top 100.

Both teams will be back in action on Saturday morning when they take part in the Strongsville Invitational.
