The varsity boys golf team shot a 323 to win the OHSAA Division I Sectional hosted by Grey Hawk Golf Club on Monday. The Bees battled a challenging course to hold off Saint Edward for the 1st place finish. Kale Shockley-Macek led the team with a 79 to finish in 4th place overall as an individual. Trent Riedel finished one shot behind, while Declan West and Johnny Quien rounded out the scoring with 82s.

Medina qualifies and advances to next Monday's OHSAA Division I District Tournament at Pine Hills Golf Club. The Bees will be one of 20 teams looking to qualify for the state tournament, which they did in 2022 and 2024.
